Stuck

Its like I'm trapped inside my mind
and I'm spinning all the time
screaming and shouting to come out.
Can you hear me way out there
all I can do is stare
and the words are foggy and jumbled in my mind.
Like a fog it overwhelms me
surrounds me and compels me
and makes all the thoughts fall out.
And the complexity of thinking
all the thoughts that I am weaving
are stuck within and the key is lost.
So I stumble and I mumble
and I feel so hopeless and despair
its like I'm trapped inside my mind

                       and I cant get out.
